A very moving ceremony… and a very special guest
Police Captain Julien , a respected and beloved man, had just passed away after a lifetime dedicated to protecting others. His colleagues, friends, and loved ones gathered to say goodbye, each carrying within them a memory, a sense of gratitude, and a pang of sorrow.
But among them was a presence unlike any other: Naya , his faithful dog. An old German Shepherd with a wise gaze, who had been his partner for almost ten years of service. Throughout the entire ceremony, Naya remained silent, dignified, her gaze fixed on the coffin. Not a bark, not a cry. Only a presence, strong and moving.
But the moment the coffin was closed, a shiver ran through the assembly. Naya suddenly leaped up, in a swift and instinctive movement, to settle gently on the coffin. She lay down there, trembling, letting out soft moans, as if to say: "I'm staying with him . "
